Rental of the Banquet Room for a wedding and/or reception, or both, is included in the price and requires a 50 per cent deposit to hold the reservation, the remainder due the night of the reception. Rental, April 1st to November 30th is $2,000.00. November through March is negotiable. The Banquet Room will seat 162 -164 guests, with additional seating in the Tasting Room for 60 - 80. The rental fee includes set-up of tables and chairs, tablecloths, and clean-up.

Rental fee for showers, meetings, reunions, etc. is based on occupancy and duration of use.

Place settings (plates, silverware, and glasses) are $3.00 per person. Chair covers rent for $2.00 each.

NO alcohol may be brought onto the winery property, be sure your guests understand this. Beer kegs are based on current prices, with a $10.00 per hour per bartender fee. Wine prices vary, but purchases of 12 bottles and over are priced with a 10 per cent case discount. Any alcohol brought into the winery will be charged a $15.00 per bottle corkage fee.


We prefer you use one of the following caterers:

We have found that all three present a highly professional service with excellent food. If you use a different caterer, they must contact us three weeks prior to your event and provide a copy of their food handlers permit and insurance. We require a final headcount two weeks before your event.

If you use a different caterer that requires the use of the kitchen for food preparation, cooking, or warming, we have a $25.00 charge.

Our liquor license requires us to be closed by midnight. Therefore we must request bands or DJ’s end all music by 11:00 p.m. to allow enough time for them to tear down and exit the premises by midnight.

All decorations must be removed by 11:00 the next morning prior to our opening for business as we normally have another event in the banquet room on Sunday. We require a credit card number prior to the event to cover any damages during the event.

We have hosted events for 300 people and have parking space for 150 - 200 vehicles.

If you select a date, a contract will be mailed, and that date held for two weeks. If a deposit is not received within the two weeks, that date is then available again.

Our winery is always open to the public, therefore we allow the public to enter and buy wine at the bar. In seven years and over 100 weddings we have never had a problem. When customers discover there is a wedding and/or reception they respect your privacy.
